Has anyone ever tried a placenta mask?

I know it sounds completely awful but I've heard they're supposed to be really nourishing for hair. Has anyone on here ever used one or have any experience with them?
I used one way back in the day, and honestly didn't feel like it was much different than any other protein treatment. I do know that Sallys Beauty Supply has sample sizes of the placenta treatments- if it's not too expensive, give it a try and see how it works for you!

My sisters and I used to used them years ago. They both seemed to like it. I remember the girl working at Sally beauty (where we purchased the product) warned us that they use real placenta and that we shouldn't use it. That only made us eager to use it.....REAL PLACENTA sounded so good for the hair.

I did when my hair was bleached. It helped a little, which was more than anything else I tried. Mind you I ended up cutting the hair off because it literally was like straw.... Never doing that again. So, I guess it would be good for regular hair (not dyed I mean) or non straw like hair lol. However, I'm so grossed out by the thought that I won't do it again. I only did it because I was desparate. It was the funniest thing to watch me putting it in... the whole time i was like ew ew ew ew ew ew and I freaked when it touched my skin (I was only putting it on the ends of my hair where the bleach was applied) lmao
