Default How to increase hair growth?

Hello.

I've been trying the method for month and a half now and so far it's been going good. My locks are forming, hair is shinier and a lot less frizzy.

But! I was wondering if no-poo does anything for hair growth? Anyone noticed increased hair growth perhaps?
Any tips?

I'm really longing (!) for long hair, and so far it's been going too slow. And now it seems even shorter because of all the curls. *sigh*

Patience is the best answer. I've tried quite a few different types of hair vitamins but to be honest I've never really noticed any change in growth rate. I believe my hair grows best with daily scalp stimulation since my hair was at it's longest when i used to wash it almost daily. Now I'm not suggesting you wash your hair everyday but maybe a gentle scalp massage would be beneficial. Also, be sure you keep your ends moisturizes and tucked away from the air (while at home if you usually wear your hair down).

Couldn't have said it better myself kurlygurly...it took me more than a year to pin down my method and products, the trial and error wore me out...then, BAM! Three months into a solid routine and my hair started growing like crazy!!!

I agree with You curlygirly. I had an almost similar experience. I was so damn tired of hair breakage and short hair both and no solution worked. Then left it and washed bit often. Now they are pretty okay and growing steadily at least.
