L'Oreal EverCurl line - anyone try this?
So I dropped in on the Product Reviews page, and lo and behold there is a new line from L'Oreal geared specifically towards curlies! But like the Paul Mitchell line, not everything is CG.
The shampoo, cream-gel, and spray-on oil all have cones , but the cleansing conditioner, RO conditioner and leave in all look kosher. There's only a couple of reviews, but they sound great, and I'd love to try this out. I'm not seeing this online anywhere - CVS, Target, Walgreens etc. Has anyone seen this in stores?

I am very interested too, as my daughters use the Loreal sulfate free shampoos. I saw it in the product reviews, and I can't find it anywhere either, not on Amazon or even Loreal's website. It is called Evercurl, and when I search that on Amazon I get Everstyle products.

Follow up: I couldn't find this locally, but drugstore.com now carries everything but the rinse-out conditioner. So the line should be on the ground soon.
ETA: Almost forgot that Walgreen's owns drugstore.com, so if the latter has the line, it should be on Walgreen's shelves within a few weeks.

I just found this product line in Rite-Aid. I only bought the cleansing conditioner. I'm modified CG, so I did consider the cream gel, but want to use up one of my other silicone styler first. The LI does have amodimethicone, so it won't build up, but it's not strict CG. I skipped the conditioner because I'm overloaded on so-so conditioners and didn't see any protein in this one, which makes it unlikely (though not impossible) that I won't love it. My biggest concern with this line is that all of the products have isopropyl alcohol, which is a drying alcohol. I know the TN conditioners also had this and I didn't have an issue, but I wanted to point that out for people who are strict about that sort of thing. I will try the cleansing conditioner tomorrow morning and report back. I did open it to smell and am happy to say that it's not nearly as perfume-y as their other lines.

That's the product I'm most interested in, so I'm eagerly looking forward to your review!
No Rite-Aid near me. I'm trying to work through my existing stockpile, so that's probably a good thing.
Yeah, that EverCreme cleansing condish really knocked me for a loop. No other product has given me an Excedrin headache before or since.

Well I tried the cleansing conditioner today. I wasn't wowed, but I wasn't disappointed, either. Roots were well cleansed and hair felt soft and moisturized after rinsing.

How would you compare it to CJ Daily Fix? Lighter, heavier, etc?

I love the leave in cream! It' s just what my thirsty hair needed in our current low dews. I have a hard time finding creamy leave ins and stylers without glycerin and this one doesn't have protein either which is a plus in my book

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. I would say it's lighter than CJDF. It's definitely not the quality of a salon/boutique product like CJDF, but it's good for what it is and for what it costs. This is a product I would consider re-purchasing. The CURLS cleansing conditioner, on the other hand, I would absolutely not re-purchase.

I use the cleansing condish once a week and like it. My hair feels clean and moisturized after using it.

I alternate the EverCurl CC with poo bars, 3 days each with a low poo in between. Love the price, scent & results.
The cream-gel was a miss for me though, along with the RO. Got 'em on the swap board if anyone's interested. The reviews on both are positive, so you'll likely have better luck than I.

I saw this and want to give it a try as well...I haven't seen it in any of the stores in Toronto and the surrounding areas but I may be travelling to the States soon, probably Vegas and I will be checking for it.

I bought mine online at drugstore.com, but the next day I found it at my local Walmart.

I just found the EverCurl about a week and a half ago at CVS, and got both the Shampoo and Conditioner. I've been a big fan of the EverCreme, and was curious if the EverCurl was better.
The scent of the EverCurl is very perfumey, which doesn't appeal to me. EverCurl seems to lessen the amount of frizz I've been dealing with lately, so that is good. The waves look a little more controlled right out of the shower.
I'm half tempted to actually try combining the EverCreme and EverCurl. In addition to these, I typically use GVP Conditioning Balm for extra moisture.
Otherwise my standard magic-mix for leave-in and styling stays unchanged.

Yes, it does have a strong smell, which isn't for everyone. By the same token, the EverCreme low-poo and CC nearly knocked me unsconscious! L'Oreal's entire "Ever" line seems to be characterized by very potent scents.
A couple of months back, there was a thread in which we lamented the fact that so few companies offer unscented products. Many people are allergic to strong aromas, and others have favorite products with scents that clash with each other. I love CJ Curl Rehab, but I do feel like I'm walking around with a flower garden on my head

I use the ever creme sulfate free shampoo and I don't find that it has a strong smell at all, smells pretty good to me.
