HI, I was just wondering who else has this issue and the different products that work for you. I live in FL which the dews are pretty high most of the year, and the glycerin just makes my hair CRAZY frizzy. I can use products with it low on the list.

I have the same problem! I live in south Japan atm. The dew point is very high here, in summer it takes like 3 days before your laundry is dry... and now in Winter the dew point is still very high. I moved here like 2.5 months ago and ever since I got crazy frizz. >___< And in Europe (Holland) I never had any frizz..........

I just hate the fact that most products have glycerin.

Yeah, glycerin is not my friend. I cannot use in stylers and I have to be careful about using in rinse outs. My hair will puff out and get über soft...it basically overconditions me. Protein puts me back on track...

Have you found any HG products yet?? I really like the Deva foam..prob my HG product....and I use CJ CQ gel....im retrying CIAB with the deva foam...but wasnt too impressed with it the first time...

Kinky Curly Knot Today is my HG! It has no glycerin or other humectants. And my hair likes it.

As for my styles... haven't found a HG for this weather yet. Though my current gel isn't exactly bad either! It's actually really good gel in my home country. Last week I ordered two Jane Carter styling products and one of them doesn't have any humectants and the other one has only one very low on the ingredients list. Curious to see how they will work out
