To Cut or not to Cut? Help please! :) (PICS)
Hello! I don't post things very much on this forum, but I was hoping that you guys could give me your opinions on if I should cut my hair or not. I have 3a hair. It is pretty fine. It is going through a bit of a traumatic experience because of the cold weather change... it does this every year. Anyway, please just let me know if you think I look better with long hair or short hair. Also, take into consideration that I do not have product in my hair in the first pics, and in the second pics I do. I am not going to grow it out any longer because my curls get more and more difficult to manage as my hair gets longer.
Please ignore the frizziness and my crazy bangs... haha. I did not put product in in these first pics.
Now (medium-long):
Before (short):
Thanks soooo much, guys!

My, you're so pretty! I actually really like the pics of you with your hair shorter and without the bang. Your curls are so nice! I say cut it!

Thanks! And I think I want to cut it, too... but I always like to get opinions first.

You and your hair are both so pretty. If it was me I wouldn't cut, it looks healthy and beautiful when long and there are many styles you can do with it when long. However, it looks good short too so if you really want to do it, go for it, try something new and have fun with it, it will grow back.
But you have a vote for the long hair

Wow...great hair! I really like the shorter pic too...u I'm the white shirt. With fine hair it seems to get weighted down with length...plus if u said if its harder to manage when it's longer...I vote for cut!

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.

If you want to cut, go for it - it looks fantastic!
It's also pretty longer, although I do love the way it framed your face in the shorter pics. Plus you said you don't want to grow it out anyway, so getting it cut wouldn't hurt.

Thanks everyone! Also, do you all think that I am 3a? I've never been totally sure.

You look good either way and your hair cooperates either way so this is just a personal preference thing. If I were you I'd were it long, but if it's not worth the effort you look good with it short too. I wish I had your hair .

You do have great hair but if you take a look at the third pic you can see that bottom longest layer of hair sticking out. I think if you get that part cut off it will give you a nice round shape and sometimes that little bit can help. Good luck
