Default VO5 Shea Cashmere conditioner

Used it today as a conditioner...and love it, love the smell and the results. is anyone else using it, as a conditioner, not as a wash? what do you think? For $.99 - what a deal!

I love it and rotate it as both a CO wash and as a conditioner.

I also use VO5 Kiwi Lime and VO5 Vanilla Mint Tea and rotate them as CO wash followed by a different one for conditioning. I can't really tell that there is a difference between the combos, but I love them all so much I can't stop experimenting.

I'm gonna buy it tomorrow...slowly putting some protein back into my RO rotation. We'll see!?

Im very surprised by this conditioner! It's seems richer, yet lighter than suave. Working great as a rinse out Im sooo glad VO5 found a way to incorporate shea. Currently Im rotating suave coconut and shea cashmere, my hair loves this right now...(fyi, can't use it as a leave in like suave coconut...the cashmere is too protein-a-licious).

Yes, you can; you only need a dab!

I really like the suave naturals Mango Mandarin/Sun-ripened Strawberry/Refreshing Waterfall Mist. These do not have protein. So my question is, are the V05 conditioners protein free too?

Bought this yesterday at CVS when I was looking for a cheapie conditioner to wash out my henna. The good news for me: unlike most of the other VO5 and Suave conditioners, no propylene glycol!

Ingredients
Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Ascorbic Acid, Biotin, Niacinamide, Cetrimonium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate, Alcohol Denat., Polysorbate 20, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance.

Current Routine BAQ henna 1/month; Leave-in OH Hair Dew; Cleansing Conditioner Giovanni TTTT. Just three!
Old Stand-bys extra-virgin coconut oil; Protein AO GPB; Moisture AO HR; Style AOMMJ. Kept for troubleshooting.
Waiting to try extra-wide curlformers.
Propylene Glycol Sensitive - Itchy scalp? Facial Irritation? This might be why!

Hmmm...has biotin. Wonder if anyone noticed it helping with hair growth? Also has denat. alcohol; has anyone noticed any issues with this drying out their hair?

My favorite brands are Kinky Curly, As I am, Curly Kinks, Curl Junkie, and Darcy's Botanicals. Also love sealing with oils (loving argan oil right now) and styling with jelly products (KCCC is my current favorite). Mostly trying to keep it simple!

The alcohol in this does not affect me. I rinse it out. If I left it in I'd be telling another story.

Me too. Apparently only the Tea Therapy V05 is protein free.

Still loving as a rinse out! Thicker than other vo5 varieties, smooth, creamy and rich. My hair feels wonderful. It's so weird it's behaving?

I had forgotten about this condish. Thanks for the reminder and I'll be picking some up today. I don't remember if I'd tried it as a L/I or not but I'll certainly see how it does.

I love this as a rinse out too! It's too thin for me as a leave-in so I haven't tried it like that. I try not to talk about this one much because it's hard to find sometimes and I don't want everyone to buy it up and leave me sad with zero bottles lol.
