Question Body fat - body water scales

Does anyone own a body fat scale? Body water? I'd like to get one to better monitor my weight loss, but don't know which are good or not. When I was doing Jazzercise, they had the expensive one with the rod you have to hold, but I don't go anymore. I found I was losing muscle as well as fat and had to adjust my diet, etc. So I really feel I need a body comp scale for home.

I had one I got from walmart. I'm wanting to say it was a health o meter. Absolute junk. It never gave consistent readings. Readings taken just a few minutes apart would be different. I could move the scale to another part of the room and "lose" 10 lbs. Then after right after the 30 day return period had ended, the variance went from 5-10 lbs to several hundred. In a matter of minutes I went from 160-350-75-125-275. I tried changing the batteries, still the same wild numbers.

OK - so nothing from Walmart. Check

coilynapp, which one, or does it matter? I see several when I search, what do I really need?
Like this? Escali BFBW200 Body Fat & Body Water Monitoring Bath Scale

1/2 off thru amazon: Amazon.com: Escali High-Capacity Bathroom Scale with Body Fat/Body Water Monitoring (440lb / 200kg): Health & Personal Care

Would that be a good one? I do want multiple users too.

That's the one I have. I got it through groupon for a similar price as amazon (a little less I think)

It doesn't monitor muscle though, does it? I wish it did. But the reviews for their one that does are not good.

No just body fat and water. I didn't even know there was a scale that measured muscle!

Here's one I thought of, but there are no reviews online that I can find. HCG Diet Accessories - Body Scale

Looks interesting. Never heard of a scale that measures muscle. But it would be great to have if you are losing weight to make sure you're not losing muscle only fat!
