Rosemary is best used on dark hair as it will tend to darken (although not greatly) hair color. Also, used straight it can cause dermatitis so it is important to mix it with a carrier oil.
Rosemary should be avoided in pregnancy. Please research ANY oils you intend to put in or on your hair and body during pregnancy!
