Step 1
Push your hair up and grab an ouchless scrunchie to pull your hair into once. Pulling your hair through twice might be too tight and distracting for some of your meditation poses.
Step 2
Pull over a second loose headband or scrunchie and tuck in your ends.
Step 3
Use a sweat band or scarf to tie down your edges and soak up sweat. This is essential if you practice Bikram or hot yoga.
